A little about me…

Dan Lubrecht is one of those leaders who sees both the big picture and the smallest inefficiencies—and knows how to bring them into alignment. With more than 16 years of experience in healthcare operations, admissions strategy, and cross-functional leadership, Dan has led national initiatives that improve performance not just on paper, but in real life—where people, process, and outcomes actually meet. He’s worked in complex systems, navigated shifting priorities, and still found ways to build scalable solutions that stick.

What makes Dan different isn’t just his strategic mind—it’s the creative lens he brings to everything he does. A lifelong artist and former landscape design business owner, Dan doesn’t just solve problems, he designs them out of existence. He’s built water features by hand, mapped out workforce optimization models from scratch, and designed entire training programs that don’t just check boxes—they energize teams. Whether he’s leading a system-wide initiative or sketching out ideas on a whiteboard, his approach is imaginative, intuitive, and grounded in what works.

Outside of work, Dan is just as thoughtful and all-in. He’s a proud husband and dad who finds joy in the everyday—getting mani/pedis with his daughter, gaming and playing airsoft with his son, riding coasters at Kings Island, and transforming the family home into a Halloween wonderland each fall. His work and life aren’t separate—both are built around connection, creativity, and making things better. It’s this mix of heart, hands-on experience, and sharp insight that makes Dan not only effective, but trusted wherever he goes.
